Welcome to Anupama Ramakrishnan’s Consulting & Coaching Services (“Anu Ramakrishnan’s Consulting", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of our services, including our website, content, communications, and other related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms for future reference.
2. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms via email or other appropriate means of communication. Your continued use of the Services after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Services
Anu Ramakrishnan’s Consulting provides professional coaching and advisory services tailored to individual needs in various areas, including career growth, leadership development, and professional development. Services within this website (allthingsanu.com/coaching) include the (1) ability to book paid one-on-one coaching calls and (2) purchase an informational guide (“Demystifying extraordinary”) on professional development. The above-mentioned services are subject to the terms covered in this agreement. Purchasing either of these services through this website automatically infer that these terms are mutually agreed upon by both parties. Any professional services provided outside of this website will be detailed in a separate agreement, which will be agreed upon and signed by both parties.
Upon consenting to these terms, it is explicitly agreed upon that the professional services provided by Anupama Ramakrishnan are for informational purposes only and does NOT substitute for legal advice or opinion pertaining to business, professional or immigration matters. Anu Ramakrishnan is NOT an attorney. You should not take legal action on the basis of any content you learn from Anu Ramakrishnan, without first seeking legal or other professional advice. It is explicitly agreed upon that Anupama Ramakrishnan DOES NOT provide any legal advice or services, and that the consenting member should seek advised from a licensed attorney for legal matters concerning their professional or immigration career. Availing Anu Ramakrishnan's services automatically infers the client's consent to this disclaimer.
5. Fees and Payments
Fees for our Services will be specified in the separate purchase pages and agreements associated with the purchase of each. Payment terms, including due dates and acceptable methods of payment, will also be detailed in the agreement. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund policies will be specified in the separate agreement. Per the agreement for the one-on-one coaching calls, please note that the payment for this booking is NON-REFUNDABLE. In case of unforeseen circumstances warranting postponement of the event booked, the client may use the payment provided as "credit" to reschedule the booking to a later date within 30 days of the initial appointment scheduled. You will need to send a request to reschedule at least 12 hours prior to the appointment time to avail the credit. No rescheduling options will be provided for "no shows”. No refunds are available for purchases of the informational guide (“Demystifying extraordinary”).
7. Confidentiality
Anu Ramakrishnan’s Consulting acknowledges that clients may share sensitive and confidential information during coaching and advisory sessions. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all such information and will not disclose it to any third party without the client's written consent, except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the Services, including but not limited to the Anu Ramakrishnan’s Consulting website, proprietary methodologies, and coaching materials, are owned by Anupama Ramakrishnan and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without the express written permission of Anupama Ramakrishnan.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Anu Ramakrishnan’s Consulting, its affiliates, or Anupama Ramakrishnan be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms or related to the Services will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Union City, California
